What Rocky needs to know
- What sort of property — flat, apartment, terraced, semi or detached, and how many bedrooms.
- Floor and lift — only asked for flats and apartments, since a house has stairs either way.
- Where from and where to — a postcode is most accurate, a town is fine. Distance is worked out on real road miles, not a straight line.
- Anything extra — packing, clearance, or cleaning bundled in at 10% off.
The first number is a guide range. If you want it exact and bookable, ask for that and he'll go through your actual items — sofas, beds, boxes, the lot — and give you one firm figure instead.
