Packing & materials
Packing service
We bring the boxes, paper and tape, and pack the house — or just the kitchen and the things you would rather not wrap yourself.
Full pack or part pack
Packing is the part of moving that takes far longer than anyone expects. A full pack normally takes a day for an average house, done the day before the move.
Full pack
We pack everything, box by box, labelled by room so the unloading makes sense. You carry on with your life and we deal with it.
Part pack
Most people ask us to do the kitchen, glassware, pictures and anything fragile, and handle the clothes and books themselves. It is the cheaper middle ground.
Materials
- Double-walled boxes in two sizes
- Wardrobe boxes so hanging clothes stay on the rail
- Packing paper, bubble wrap and tape
- Mattress and sofa covers
- Blankets and straps for furniture — always included in the move itself
Unpacking
We can unpack at the other end and take the empty boxes away with us, which saves you a fortnight of flattening cardboard.
